Wishack Online Return Policy

Wishack Online is proud to offer 30-day, hassle-free returns on all purchases. If for any reason you decide it is necessary to return a product, you will be refunded the purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling both ways. In order to offer you the most detailed return information, we’ve put together the following list: For orders that were eligible for free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order after it has shipped, then our standard return policy will be applied.
  • All returned products must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must not have been assembled.
  • If an item has been assembled or modified in any way, it is no longer eligible for a return.
  • For damaged or defective products, please refer to our “What to Do if My Order Arrives Damaged” section.
  • NOTE: Some manufacturers will not accept returns once the item has been received by the customer. Please call us in case you have any questions in regards to a specific brand/manufacturer. Others will charge a 15% restocking fee.

We do our best to make the return and exchange process as simple and efficient as possible. A few exceptions to these policies include gift cards or gift vouchers that have been purchased by another party.  Personalized items as well as made-to-order items are not eligible for a return. These items are clearly marked as non-refundable.

What to Do if My Order Arrives Damaged?

No one wants to receive their long-awaited purchase only to find the box ripped and the item damaged. In order to avoid this, we work with our manufacturers to ensure each product is properly packaged before it is shipped. In the rare case that an item does arrive damaged or has missing parts, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of having received your purchase. We would be happy to have replacement parts or hardware sent directly to you.
